Balloons away...

How cool is this card? I should really promote Hallmark, since they pay my mortgage (in a manner of speaking - Ben does good work so it's win win, LOL), but I love quirky cards and this one is adorable. From Upon A Fold, a new web shop based in Sydney.

Here are a few other fun finds with balloons of one kind or another...

New work

I hung these up at the Have Ya Bean a couple of days ago to replace some that had sold, and fill up the gaps on the walls. The cafe are letting people 'layby' the photos! I think that's so cool. So if someone wants to buy they just have to put down $20 or whatever and pay it off as they can, only taking the picture off the wall and home with them when it is paid off. Awesome. There are two more that I've done that are at the Green Bean, I will share those later this week.

Kell and I worked on a re-design for her blog, and it was kind of an organic process turning out really well (but not exactly planned in advance, except for the polka dots!). I love it :) Reeze, can you send me your logo dev files (psds) pleeease? I want to do a white widget and also pop it in my graphic design gallery - ta babes!

Tomorrow I'll be popping in to Knox and also dropping in at Oxfam in the afternoon to say hello during Outback Pride's tasting. Cedar has his 6 month immunisation (yes - late!) and Ash has kinder in the afternoon. Then my fabulous cousin Bec and her hubby Joel arrive in Melbourne for a fun-filled weekend. Yay!

Starting...

This week Ben's folks will be over in Melbourne doing Outback Pride tastings at various Oxfam shops around Melbourne... If you're in these areas, have a taste and check out Oxfam's special deals on native bush food products - buy two, get one free - during their Taste Aboriginal Australia' February!

And since this is all very fun and I love cooking with native products... I made up this new recipe for Wattleseed and Double Choc Cookies, Ash and I made them yesterday afternoon. Yum!

7 months and up

It is painfully obvious, OF COURSE, but they just don't go back! Cedar is 7 months today. He has grown, changed, developed from this little bub...
...to this cute boy-o full of smiles, sticking everything in his mouth, rocking and rolling his way around on the floor and pulling my hair at every opportunity! He finds Sienna absolutely hilarious, especially some sort of tiptoe game / rhyme she has made up for him, and he is also becoming more of a homebody than he has been, only sleeping well in his cot.

As much as he resembles both his brother and his sister, Cedar also has his own look. Here are Sienna and Ash, each at 7 months old... (my photography has improved over the years)

What do you think - little Sienna boy or mini Ash? I'm inclined to go for somewhere in between...
