Sienna designed another gift for Cedar, drawing a tree next to his name (her writing) - she wanted me to make a hat, so I scanned it and printed it in a few sizes. Sienna chose the size and I transferred it to fabric and embroidered it before making a snug stretch knot hat. Sienna did say the tree was supposed to be to the left of 'Cedar' but I pointed out that there wasn't enough room there! I love her tree drawing and writing, it's a very cute hat :)
These next two are from today, trying to capture the cuteness of his awake 'look'...
Last Saturday while mum, dad and my nan were still over from Adelaide, us girls (mum, nan, Kell, Lana, Sienna and I) went out to Miss Marple's in Sassafras and then to 'Happy Glaze' ceramic painting in Ferntree Gully. Sienna painted a fairy and a unicorn (and had a meltdown when we had to leave them there for firing!) while I painted this tiny mug and saucer for Ash to have... it turned out really cute I think :) I just had to take photos today as I expect it to break fairly quickly, LOL.
I did this layout a few weeks ago when Kell was over for scrapping... next week goes back to routine, so hopefully we'll be having one scrap / craft day a week again - yay!
