This one (above) is in the current Scrapbook Creations magazine, in the Top Ten Travel layouts section.

'Just Be You' uses new Pink Paislee (Spring Fling papers and Office Lingo die-cuts, plus the little alpha stickers) that just arrived at Kiti Q. I'm currently working on a boy themed mini-album class kit using the Pink Paislee papers and alpha stickers, and some Lusi Austin designed chipboard from Buzz and Bloom. Will share pics soon.

This last page uses new Sass Lass paper and stickers, Pink Paislee die-cuts and Daisy D's Wonder Years stickers and die-cuts. A few Love, Elsie details as well. My cutie nephew Caden, this photo is about 9 months old, so he is quite a bit bigger now.

I did those two layouts last night, am really inspired by these new products at the moment. Yay for me :)

Wonder Years Tree

This is the kid's bedroom. It is the biggest room in our little house, so Ash has one side and Sienna the other - not that they are at an age to care much. I painted this tree on Monday evening, and added the birds, leaves and music notes yesterday morning - all made out of Daisy D's Wonder Years patterned paper. Love the whimsy :)

Marelle

Marelle, I drew your name for my Stash It Forward
(it was very technical process, names on bits of paper put in a jar!)

Please send me your address, just email dq@danielleq.com

Today I'm working on something fun in the kid's room, will post pics when I'm done!

Because...

SIA comp entry. Now that it's announced, I'm sure I can show this here.

I love e.e. cummings poems for the unique formatting and flow of thought. This layout features about half of one of his poems. Uses some new Hambly, woodgrain contact paper (Q Tea Kit) on Cosmo Cricket blackboard chip shapes, Cherry Arte, Hambly and Fancy Pants rub-ons. Letter Q from an RAK from Emily. Bam Pop frame, Rouge de Garance sticker and Doodlebug alphabet. Photos by Donna Wild.

Stash it Forward - GO! ***AUSTRALIA ONLY***

So this box I have is a good 3" deep, 12"x12" box full to the brim of fun stuff. It is, in fact, an entire STASH IN A BOX. How it works is...

Emily of the generous heart and brilliant ideas had this idea, and I, among others, am joining right in. In her words:

"i have a box chokka-block full of stuff for someone who actually needs it ;)
[just to be clear - someone who doesn't have a budget at all for art supplies!]. leave me a comment if you, or someone you know of could really do with some artsy goodness, and i'll draw a random name."

So the specifics for my giveaway are... I'll draw a name on Tuesday morning (AEST), and am limiting the giveaway to Australian residents. Sorry anyone else, but this box is HEAVY and the joy would somewhat dissipate if shipping the thing kills my own budget! I noticed most of the other stash-it-forwarders are limiting their to the States, so I'm doing it for us Antipodeans (I don't even know if that makes sense, but it sounds cool!). Feel free to name a friend or someone you know who needs it, this is all about helping someone who longs to create but is unable to finance buying supplies.
The box includes stuff from Queen & Co, Rouge de Garance, Love Elsie, KI Memories, Scenic Route, Basic Grey, Heidi Swapp, SEI, Bazzill, Hambly, Bam Pop, Collage Press, Making Memories, We R Memory Keepers, American Crafts, Cherry Arte, Fontwerks, Sassafras Lass, Autumn Leaves, Rusty Pickly, Jenni Bowlin, Plain Jane Chipboard, Creative Imaginations, a full Q Tea Kit as well as a bunch of lace, fabric, vintage and funky bits and pieces.

So... GO!
