how did you get the awesome "like" "love" and "laugh" options at the bottom of your posts?! I want!

Ha, they are great, aren't they. They are called 'reactions' and if you go into your (blogger) blog dashboard, click on layout and then click on 'edit' in your 'blog posts' field. It will bring up a bunch of options. Tick the box next to 'reactions' and you can edit the reactions that you list there to say whatever you like!
